This book is a total game changer!!! The teaching is so easy to understand, yet so powerful and enlightening. The prayers and scriptures have made a HUGE difference in my lifer personally, as well as my marriage! The key is that you are praying The Word of God over yourself, your spouse, even the section for your children. When you pray what God already established, it is more powerful than anything! I HIGHLY recommend this book to anyone. If you're single, married or divorced, it will change your life!
This short, but insightful book is a very practical, Bible-based guide to effectively praying for your spouse. It gives you specific scriptural references, sample prayers, and much more. I have found that the principles in this book have been a real game-changer in my own marriage. Highly recommend.
Pray the Word could not have come at a better time in the struggles of my marriage straight from the hands that God uses of Bob McDaniel. I have been thinking of more positive things to recite in my head and reciting God's Word is truly the most powerful thing that can be done. Finding versus to recite however is not an easy task in the large love story of the Bible. The versus hand picked and so appropriate to take down the destructive forces against our relationships as outlined in this book would have taken enormous amounts of time. Having these readily available even with fill in the blanks for my husbands name, my children's names and even my name could not possibly be more helpful. This is a great little handbook to pick up each day and gain the perspective necessary for successful relationships. Thank you Bob and Larue for your time and dedication to compile this lovely set of the most powerful things we can say about our loved ones! I am hopeful and excited to see the impact that this will have on my family!

This is a great book and practical guide to daily prayer for marriage and family. The basic idea is to insert your loved one's name into scripture, coming into agreement with what God says about that person. It turns out the God's love is amazing, and well expressed in the Bible... and by seeing our loved ones through His eyes, our own perspective is transformed. So even as we pray, we begin to see and think differently our family. This is a profound shift and would be a blessing to any Christian marriage.
